Is this some sort of rope-a-dope strategy he learnt from his Oxford days? Pretend you're completely rooted, get pummeled in the polls while the public can't stand you, then rise John Howard-like from the ashes. Somehow I don't think so, he apparently had one tactic with his boxing which was to attack. I doubt he'd know what to do when his opponent starts getting the better of him.
