    Please explain where Labor's policy will see anyone double taxed?
    I can only see a single tax.
    The existing refund policy sees no tax paid at all.
    The wealthier and less needy you are the more you benefit from the existing policy.
    That's why all this screaming from the greedy rich who stand to lose big time.
