I am not a licensed financial adviser, so, I won't get into the details of the working of leveraging.
Nevertheless, I would think people who can afford to buy 3 or more properties using borrowed money to reduce their tax liabilities are generally already well-off and their livelihood do not depend on their wages earnings.
