Turnball is weak on details of implementation . He is capable of coming up with some sort of vision when stuck in a corner but look at what happens.

They are not isolated examples MPS offices are flooded with complaints . His implementation of a plan to bring the NBN at a lower cost does not answer some basic questions such as what happens when the copper from the node is no longer repairable How much will it cost to replace then should copper be used or fibre. I have askes several IT people about this system including NBN employees and they all say that eventually fibre will have to go the house . If correct we will end up paying for Turnballs scheme then the rest of Rudds . How can that be cheaper.
