The next proposal on the grape vine = you have kids, they from the Hospital go into Government care, a kindy type thing.
Parents can visit every Sunday and after year 12, the kids come home for a little bit, grand parents can do their "expected" duty and look after them, until you kick them out for work.
In the meantime, parents can have in an instant, what mum and dad took all their lives to accumulate, and live the merry life.
In short, lets make everyone else, tax payers etc, look after and pay for bringing up our kids.
As for kids being kids, no those days are over, send them to school at birth.
