Don't forget the local councils either. They're acting more like corporations and CEO's get paid more than the PM. They keep raising rates even though the property values keep adding to the coffers since this boom started 21 years ago. My council has to keep finding useless ways to spend it, and keep employing more pencil pushers each year. They got rid of loyal blue collar workers who avtually did fix potholes etc.
Breeding grounds for future state and fed pollies also.
