Moon old mate, IMO, and I'm not a lawyer , but nevertheless , the coalition government breached its own model litigant policy .
Basic rules of law , were not observed .
Heads should roll, and yes punitive monies paid, nothing like this should ever happen again.
The robot debt had all the robes of nazisism IMO.
People, good people, had the basic tenement of law turned upside down, they had to prove their innocence, the laws are there Moon mate, it behooves the govt department to prove the debt.
I'm not interested in your personal dislike of shorten, but do you believe in the rule of law Moon old mate?
On the downlow Moon mate, why were the successful tribunal hearings from those that proved they had no debt, not made public?
