Like Santa Claus, not giving presents to the naughty ones, labor will allow a 30% imputation credit if you are in a union fund, but not if you are in your own fund.
You can label it anyway you like, and obfuscate any way you want, however retired labor super fund donating members will not pay this impost or will receive a 30% tax credit, and people in their own fund will not.
One rule for one group political party donating group - and another for everyone else.
