    Remember : bases are like diving boards; the longer the base ,the better the next MOVE ( up )

    Good investors sensing that business although Depressed is due to turn up,
    age Willing to pick UP all the shares offered by Discouraged or Distressed SELLERS .

    that is what I see and what my BET is ON
