Something very strange is going on with the shorters of the TOL stock. According to the

site at end of day 05-May-2008 the borrowed volume has reached
21,059,187 what is 3.24%, one of the highest in the market after BBP and TLS.

So the volume owned by the shorters is growing very quickly. Definitely these shorters will push the stock price much higher when they decide to close their stupid positions.
