Hey come on!
I still makes about 4 Billion a year and the market cap with the government share is now about 40 billion.
Sure it pays out too much in dividends but if the government and/or regulators won’t let it charge or pass on a fee that reflects what your infrastructure is worth to update or replace you may as well pay it out in Dividends.
