Not if a takeover comes at under $3.00 - blows your theory out of the water doesn't it!! Why do you think they want it down at these levels? Remember they have been shorting since management did the placement at $6.00 - pretty happy USA investors out there by the way, how they managed to get that done is beyond me - push the shares up from $3 to $6 to get a placement done then watch it drop like a stone - well done management. Which brings me back to my point. Why have management allowed this to happen?
