I guarantee half the holders will gladly take 14c and be as thankful as all F to be out.
I would take 14c in a heartbeat.

There is selling every single day at under 8c
There is literally a huge wall of sellers all the way up to 11c
The only way to jump the wall is a TO bid.
Personally I think it will likely get up.
Maybe 18c but that would be very optimistic.
