Yes, I thought about that for a considerable time.

As someone who works in this industry, I know its hard enough to get finance for $400M plus, for a company with normal financial statements - that is ordinary income exceeding ordinary expenses (profits).

So for a junior oil explorer with like FAR, that would have been challenging - nevertheless, still could be done. That's the reason they recruited Reg, didn't they? He was the specialist who would bring in contacts and finance.

And it was FAR management who chose to go down this path (PE) .

CNE management did not and neither did Petrosen.

If it had been a success, FAR management would have been hailed as Heroes and be rewarded with Millions of options and shares.

Now, that it looks like (more than likley) it has failed, they need to held to account.
