As expected, and in contradiction to the title of this thread, shorts are actually closing out while the share price is is at record 2-year lows, with the most recent SP hammering ostensibly brought on by the company share Placement and SPP announced 18 August 2023, which IMO, defied logic!
I suspect this was the method in the madness in consideration of the SPP terms, which effectively funds the recent CAR-T IP acquisition without impacting the various trial programs funding, enabling shareholder participation on seemingly favourable terms, while affording the shorts an opportunity to close out at 2-year share price lows. Will this be the turning point in the tide?
