"The experts always say, "Buy when the market hates it" or "Be greedy when everyone is cautious".
The cliche is "buy when there's blood in the streets," from Baron Rothschild a British Banker back some hundreds of years ago.
This is a little different as there's been no blood as such, however it has been in a solid downtrend for 3 years, so another cliche is, buy on the up and sell on the down, but don't buy stocks or hold stocks that are in a downtrend.
May be a good opportunity providing you buy on the reversal, but who knows how far away that is?
