Thankyou so much for your informative post. May I ask what the source of the 'cumulative shorts' data is that you presented? Is that a public database or is the data provided by a broker? I am impressed with this and would agree with the idea that the shorts will need to be closed, but I believe that it will be achieved at much lower prices because over time price follows earnings and profitability and speculators will be punished for paying too much for speculative biotechs.
