Anyone who picked up shares in the SPP at 10c is in the money at these prices. There were also a sizeable number of options converted at 20c which could just be stop losses being hit.
The fact that it is being pushed down on small volume with no real signs of accumulation would suggest it's largely retail holders shifting money into other investments.
