During the day it's just retail investors moving money elsewhere but what is happening in the closing auction is something else. It's someone watching the closing auction levels and in the last min to 30sec placing a sell order just large enough to tip the price down. If it's someone accumulating then they must be sitting on a large paper loss at the moment from the last 3-4 days.
