Honestly that is a weird thing to say. Negotiations and meeting are ongoing. As soon as a tenement is declared, the right to negotiate is triggered.
Do you mean the meetings and negotiations will come to a finish at the end of April? In which case the current exploration licence BRU have on Ungani area will be converted to a Production license with TO terms and conditions met. If so, yeeha, thats why the price is going on I really hope thats it...
