15 years later and this springs up all of a sudden....as soon as the biz looks like it's finally making some inroads. Someone might know better but wonder how this aligns against statutes of limitations which might be 15 years? In which case, could be a last gasp attempt by the landlords after some time trying to resolve the matter privately? Can't quite recall the burden of proof for how you legally prove a "mutual mistake".
