ORE need to get the correct information to the market before unjustfied panic selling sets in, thus the trading halt. It affect them because they sell out of Argentina right now.

But for GXY, the Argentina thing isn't relevant. It ends before we start production.

Even if it didn't, or it changes, the Peso dropping has more than made up for the extra tax because we will be paid in USD, but pay our tax in Peso.

But, as usual, on a good news day they try and hold it as flat as possible. On a bad news day (relevant or not), they send out the BS to spread fear and push at key points to drag in the ignorant and the flocks of sheep into their game.
