Price of the IO determines company viability , volume of IO is what China needs . Capitalism is driven by profit , every one wants a piece of this profit so they all start producing and adding volume . Then a point is reached when volume is adequate for all future needs . Since there is adequate volume to meet buyers need the price will come down . When the price comes down high cost operators will go broke . Then the cycle begins all over again this time with different players .
