Total scaremongering nonsense... and nobody remembers these 'experts' useless opinions a day later.. but they manipulate the market..
imo it ain't going to be half as bad as the 'experts' predict and even the interest rate hike will not spook the market LT cos we've had far higher rates and the sky did'nt fall and house prices have been going up steadily.
Main point is consumer spending is still healthy. People can't wait to get out and enjoy themselves after the past two years.
