Your analysis does'nt quite bear out.. if you look at the retail sector today you'll see the results are uneven eg ax1 has jumped high after honest announcement of lower sales and profits cos Mr Market knows people will still buy shoes, just like imo people will still buy car parts and boating parts etc. There's plenty of money around despite inflation and stop of covid handouts. There's a huge pent-up demand for this product.. people want to go out and enjoy life again.. and Management has already flagged a good 2023. LT holders will see it gain nice and steady despite the occasional dip.
