    It is very interesting that after putting out an negative report on acrux in the hope of putting pressure on the stock to cover some of their shorts, macquarrie has increased their short position by over 300,000 + to 11,156,199 shares(6.7%).With the patent resubmission in and an answer within 30 days and the next quarterly sales update from lilly the shorters are really out on a limb and may get horrible sizzled (now would that be nice!!!!)
