Bit late on my option (unusual!) but brokers are like real estate agents (on steroids ) in terms of regulation and the application of laws regarding misleading and deceptive statements. The laws controlling financial advice/opinion would be very strict. Hence why they have to have reasonable grounds/be able to substantiate their recommendation boba fide. They can't totally BS and get away with it!
