I am very curious why you're fixated on Morgan's price target. My elder bro worked as an investment analyst in the industry both on the buy-side and sell-side for close to 8 years now and I'm very familiar with how financial models are built. Let's say for example, why wouldn't you quote revised Cannacord's price target of $6.66?

There are many variables in the financial model that ultimately determines what the price target. For example, look at Morgans one, why the heck is Morgans adopting WACC of 11% for Select Harvests? Why not 10%? That will be a 10% difference in the price target just on that assumption! Is the cost of capital for SHV 11%?? Really? Where's the justification for example? This kind of thing is not in their reports...
