yep, this is one of their favourite 'playthings' when the market is falling.
Any good news and there could be a bit of a rush to cover short positions - DOW futures are up and I predict that ROC will recover pretty quickly - 31.5 probably the low !
Of course, there is tax loss selling over the next few weeks to get through (and everybody is sitting on a paper loss) but taking a position now warrants consideration imho.
