Please make sure Korda Mentha have nothing to do with any VA or restructure project involving RCR. The only beneficiary with be KM with shareholders funding their activities.
Any option will be better than the KM solution.

I know what is happening onsite and am amazed how there is nil accountability for cost over runs or how their is a culture of I must look after my partner (even if he/she is so far out of the knowledge depth) is not pulled up by management !!
These guys are quoting on jobs without specifications,Inspection test procedures,Inspection test results and are retrofitting everything to suit what the Power Authorities require to connect to their assest
Solar is lovely but it does not solve still having base load (usually coal of gas fired power stations) still running 24/7 to take up cloud movement at a solar farm and the harmonics they produce or the varying load that happens!!
If in one office atmosphere you have six or seven couples looking after each other and not the companies interests you are going to fail everytime !!
RCR will fail as the directors don't get a clear picture of what is happening until it has turned into a disaster and then they have to make up solutions for what they don't even understand, are not sure of how it got that way and even how they can correct it !!
