I cannot see how shorters can make money at this price.
Short at 25 cents, you will buy back at 20 cents. Profit is 5 cents. However, the risk is too high.
If all good news come within 6 weeks, SP will be beyond 40 cents.
If you want to short, then you have to wait until SP goes beyond 70 cents.
