Well yes they need to raise capital at some point, but then the question is why the hell are they paying a dividend which could be used to fund growth into new markets. Also a CR at this valuation would be bad for terrible for existing shareholders, which is why I’ve been saying the board should suspend the dividend indefinitely and approve a massive buyback, go big, repurchase 20%+ of the company. Then when they execute international expansion plans under new CFO, do the CR at $4 not $1.
