Nothing in the four points is a surprise. NAN flagged the first three points months ago. The divestment of GE healthcare has also been on the cards for some time.
If you have a long term view, this just looks like an opportunity to build or add to your position. I'd add more, but got too much allocated in this sector having tipped a lot into PNV over the past few months.
