$3.47 is that close enough to that no where near $3.50?
The two companies say that combined they are worth $4 billion and only now are they around that value, but are they really worth that when they are virtually unprofitable?
Your claims of them being targetted might be answered in that they are overpriced.
If you're going to say otherwise, prove it.
