The day trade shorters are having a field day with the oil stocks and what a wonderful opportunity it presents for those who actually have capital to go long and hold. The hedge funds are no doubt facilitating the shorters to hang themselves and will drive it back the other way once enough weak money is vulnerable. Tough game this one.
