Not an expert in shorting but here goes;

1. The shorters may have already made their money and had to return the shares to the Owner OR
The owner has a minimum Sp that the shorters cannot go below cause the price may not recover enough for the owners next asset reporting period. OR
I have no idea

2. Cause they don't want us to know that they are the shorter's shares, cause we would buy them knowing they will go up

3. No idea, i suspect there is a band but only they (and maybe the Owner) would know it. Also if UBS are accumulating then they use the shorter's to drop the price then buy.

No idea if I am right.....could be totally wrong. DYOR
