I went through the ASX announcements. The TFC announcement date 26 August about Dividends. Go to section 4A . 9B Minimium amount for DRP participation $AU500.

That knocks out a large chunk of retail investors. Its strange as the company could use the DRP for more buy backs. It also disappointing that the company seems to be punishing a sizeable number of of it small shareholders.

Even though its one of my bigger holding I'm not close to the $500 amount required.
