In these days, it seems that the shorters short the low volume Canadian Market and buy back from the higher volume Australian market.
In the past, Canadian are willing to pay a higher premium to buy PDN than the Australian. But because of the recent share offer, many Canadian said in forums that they won't buy until it fells to 26 / 27 cents. That gives the shorters chance.
In these days, it seems that the shorters short the low volume...
