I think fair value for the resource lies 40-50c range. Build a mine and it's worth more... Market cap at $658.2M still seems a little high still for what it is.

Price target in Feb was 47c.
IF a takeover is on the cards, it would be good to see the shareholders fight for their value... Should not accept less than $1.00, keeping in mind that if a mine was built you'd maybe be worth $1.50 or so.
Indications of a takeover would be a bunch of drilling, management sitting on their hands with no mine build being progressed. I'm not abreast with what is actually going on in that space, so maybe you guys can fill me in.
