the strategy of the shorts is too drive the price as low as possible for the least spend.......and hope the capital markets turn on the stock........only good news I can see is that the debt is locked in and not provided by a major bank........alternative is that KKR steps in but they may wait until the price is lower and hence their bid would look good at say 1.40 or 1.50...
