Luke. the last ANN gave us a high of 0.74. Further considering slight decline of rare earth prices, I conclude the market had not largely not factored in prior to that last ANN.
It makes sense - because it is hard to predict how successful cracking and leaching .
Likewise, the next ANN is also hard to predict since it involves SX which is even less predictable.
So I dont think the market has factored in the next ANN yet.
Just my feelings and of course I could be wrong - hopefully not.
