Given the way you’ve been posting today I’m guessing you’re holding a short position in IMU, and now you’re panicking about what might come and posting misleading statements presumably to scare holders into selling to keep a lid on the price until you can unwind your position.

Alternatively, you’re long on IMU and don’t at all understand what was announced today and are unable to comprehend how positive the news was. Yes, the dilution is not great but we’ve acquired an autologous CAR T which provides the missing piece in the onCARlytics platform. The $198 million is only paid if the new drug is successful, and if it is successful $198 million will seem pretty cheap.
