I am merely saying that it should be accepted as part of the overall investing landscape, and that it should be to the retail investors advantage not just disadvantage if Bots push prices either side of intrinsic value.

If I was a patient buyer waiting to buy BOW (as I have been in the past, and may be in the near future) then the current Bot shorting is actually doing me a favor is it not?

So what? Investing or trading isn't a zero sum game there will always be winners and losers, and there has always been extreme volatility in sharemarkets. Long before Bots or even personal computers for that matter.
