Totally agree. If it wasn't for Japanese restarts in August I'll be 100% out of this stock. It's the only positive short to medium term sign. If the U rise does not rise after Jap restart PDN will plummet and all the big boys like RIO Tinto and Fil will be right with their predictions to get out. PDN will have to be put on care and maintenance until the U price rises significantly again. Hence my sub 20c share price prediction if U does not rise above $45 after Japanese restarts. If it does and goes above $50 I expect high 40's SP.
