I don't really think it some conspiracy as some do.
There are a lot of traders on UNIS and UNS who don't have any idea about the company just trading on its volatility and assisting it to drift down.
Until a 100% good news story they are if you like in control - once it's good news it will move as there will be enough momentum to shift the SP.
They are not really holding it down it's really drifting down like a kite in no wind.
Any second woosh it will be up in the sky and out of site.
