Shorters

Company is aware they are being shorted but cannot give explanation why. I am informed there is no material information that has not been released to the market that should be released. I asked then how do the shorters know when to short, they must know something, timelines etc? Got the above answer. The company is concerned the share price has fallen below 30 cents.
