.Q.... ? I'm sure you understand what you say is spin, not substance. Shorters borrow something and sell it to drive the price down. Small investors don't even know they're shares are being lent out! Trustees are dudding beneficiaries for a small borrowing fee. Should be banned! Those involved in the industry (you?), like it because it promotes turnover (fees!) and won't speak out against this underhand treatment of genuine investors.
