Ore issued the shares to Toyota on 28 February 2018 following approval at shareholder meeting on 26 February.
There is a 2 year standstill period - I am unsure if this is from the date of issue, or the date of the agreement which was announced on January 16, 2018.
I would be surprised if they don't look to add to their position if these prices are still available...
