Everyone is scared about the NBN that is why TLS shares have been going down. This is almost similar to what happened to TEL and some other company in the UK. The Rudd government thought they can get rid of TLS without TLS being included in the building of NBN, this is going to cost the Rudd gov't 43Billion and not only that, it will bring TLS shares down to $2.50, the future fund will be affected in a big way. So most likely the gov't said we will build the NBN and no one met the criteria. They are too proud to say we need TLS. Why would you lay all these wires when TLS has the fastest wireless broadband which the Government can utilize. Sol was right when he said that the $43B NBN was a bluff. Only time will tell.
