to date Meir has delivered on evreything he has said so this is still very real to achieve in 2020.
yes it's all about if we get the contracts and beleive me when I say their are contracts out their work tens of millions to hundreds of millions and that come out from managements mouth not mine.
If no delays then it is verey achievable if they can generate cash in the hundreds of millions by end of 2019 then 2020 their will be no doubt that one billion is very achievable.
In an interview Meir did say that they inform the SH with any news full disclosure and that we will meet our time line or earlier when they set a goal. obviously some thing are out of his hand specially dealing with a lot of other company's that might be delayed.
